How it began...
It all began in 2018. Transfactoring was looking for a partner who could automate the manual process in processing invoices, verifying the client's creditworthiness and making payments. With the increase in the volume of documents, this system, provided by back-office staff, began to be slow and generated unnecessary errors. The client wanted to automate the whole process as much as possible. The reason was also the preparation for foreign expansion and many times higher transaction volumes.

Like any company with global ambitions and a willingness to approach clients, Tranfactoring needed a stable and reliable solution.
- Automatic check of received invoices,
- Automated transcription of invoices into the internal database,
- Verification of the contracting parties in all insolvency registers,
- Execution of payment for the supplier,
- Reception and registration of payment from the client - purchaser,
- Surcharge to the supplier,
- Preparation of a web application for the back-office team and admin interface.
We have developed a responsive web application for Trans factoring, which fully replaces the entire process of providing factoring services::
- It checks the invoice sent by e-mail and writes it to the database
- It checks the contracting parties in all registers of debtors in the Czech Republic
- It prepares a payment order in internet banking
- After the payment is made, it automatically updates the data of the business case
- It records the incoming payment from the customer and prepares the payment of the remaining amount for the supplier,
- In addition to an overview of all transactions, the admin interface allows manual interventions per user access
- The application provides management reporting in a convenient dashboard from a PC, tablet or mobile phone
